As proud parents to a combined family of seven children and nine grandchildren, they deeply value family, hard work, and the importance of building a legacy. Their commitment to delivering high-quality projects without compromising on budget stems from their understanding of the value of a dollar and their passion for creating spaces that stand the test of time.

After years of building successful careers with other contractors, Georgette and Roger joined forces to establish RGC Construction, a small, family-owned general contracting company. Their mission is to provide clients with exceptional service, transparency, and projects that exceed expectations.

Georgette serves as the licensed qualifier for RGC Construction and brings a wealth of experience to the table. Her expertise spans every aspect of construction, from small residential renovations to large-scale, ground-up commercial projects.

In addition to her project management experience, Georgette has a strong background in estimating, contract negotiation, construction methods, and customer service. Meet Roger Curci

Roger is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience across various roles, from hands-on craftsmanship to overseeing operations as a General Superintendent. His impressive career includes working as an ironworker, carpenter, shell contractor, and senior superintendent.

Roger has led the construction of notable projects, such as:

Full retail shopping plazas, from ground-up construction to interior finishes
High-rise shells exceeding five stories
Restaurants, tenant improvements (TIs), and residential construction

Known as the “get it done” guy, Roger’s practical approach and attention to detail ensure that every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
